Yep, the award goes to Robert Franks. That's his pen name anyway, didn't want me to disclose his private information. This character's name is Dante B. Whitmire III, for future reference.

Thanks for all of you who submitted entries, I might some day use the characters that you came up with; if I need to (though, I've got plenty of my own creativity.) And honestly, this WAS a tough decision!
