Yes, that's Fred the vampire when he was known as Frederick…the human/pansy.

I just found a copy of the King's quest compendium at game stop for 14.99. Needless to say, I had to have it. Why? Because I've never played the first six, so I was curious. And I was not disappointed. They were all frustrating in their MS DOS glory. I hate having to enter text for an RPG because I'm left guessing how to phrase a simple action. 'Graham opens the cupboard' 'Open the cupboard' 'open cupboard' 'kick cupboard' 'go on a killing rampage against the programmers of this game.'

Where was I? Ah yes, this update. Erm…Sepia. Yay.

By the way, thanks Artdude for sharing my ire against Hollywood and their horrible remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still.
