In the printed form, this spans over 2 pages. It wasn't in my original script, but I added it for several reasons

1: Show the valley from a wider angle; before, you only see it on a map and a small panel. Here, you get a good look at the town, the tower, and a small hovel in the hills… which will all come into play later.

2: Introduces Gurn's diary. I hate thought balloons with a passion so this is a way for me to flesh out Gurn's characters in a better light (he never could read but without this page it wouldn't be apparent to the reader until later).

3: It introduces Zed. In the original script, he just "shows up" with no explanation.

I'll be having a lot more time in the next few weeks for this.
