Relocating takes SOOOOOOO long. I've had withdrawal from lack of a creative outlet the last few months. -_- I finally got internet in my house and found a pencil, a few pieces of paper (but not what I usually use), and my scanner, so I can at least draw something.
I'm settled pretty well into my new job but many of my personal belongings are still in storage, many things need unpacked, and my cats are still with my parents. I miss them terribly. Due to scheduling and travel, it will be a few more weeks before they can join me. My dogs got to stay with me for the entire moving process. But as a cat lady, I sorely miss my cats Lily, Zenigata, and Sylvia.
Anyway, this is one of the original short stories I wrote way back in January. As I wait for my felines, at least I can draw some kitties as I present "Cat Lady."
