People always felt sorry for the Indian kid in Captain Planet because he had the ill-defined power of "heart" (as opposed to the jerkoff white kid who could launch fire out of his ring). Granted he didn't get cool, flashy powers like everyone else, but under the right conditions, and if he was so inclined, he could ride a Bengal Tiger. That's awesome. I think I saw him convincing a vine to untie the Planeteers once, but maybe a snake; both of which is awesome. And let's not forget that he gets his own monkey; sure, the Asian girl gets to ride a dolphin during the intro, but she's totally animal-less once the episode gets going.
