Honestly, I could see a demon bringing along a fake angel. In fact, I'm pretty sure that would be standard practice, but I can't imagine a scenario where an angel would need a fake demon. I mean, maybe if he was doing a play or something, but then you'd at least know it was fake off the bat. Any ideas?
