Interlude: Misery Loves #1

I drew this back in 2006…

When I was in college, I used to draw a comic called "Misery Loves"; it was never published, done only to amuse myself and my friends (and is still done to amuse myself from time to time). The username I use here, Beishang_ai, is a rough translation of the title into Chinese (beishang/悲伤 = sadness, ai/爱 = love).

This is an early example of my work, anyway. Note the background to make it clear to anyone who cares that this is at HC White, where I spent 90% of my senior year. (I think it works if you've never been to Madison, but what do I know?)
