Welcome back again for another weekly Endstone Page.

Backstory:

As a recap, you may want to check out these few pages from the archive here:

http://www.drunkduck.com/Endstone/index.php?p=552646

To sum it up if you don't feel like reading: Fifteen years ago, Jon Montaigne had influenced a then five year old Cole to steal the Endstone from her mother, Kyri Thunderhead. And through combining the Endstone and the Banestone, Jon started to release the God of the Eternity Spire, bringing about the destruction of the world. Kyri split the Endstone in order to stop the whole process. Then they "died" in an explosion.

This current page occurs directly after these events.

Commentary:
This is the main plot of the next few issues of Endstone. Simply, Cole needs to track down these four friends of Kyri —- Herrik the Snake, Bolo, Gog, and Vandric the Grim. They know where the missing Endstone pieces are. Kyri needs to stop Cole before she can use the Endstone and Banestone to release the God of the Eternity Spire.

Responses from last week'c comments:

@Kaiyaweird - Thanks for stopping by.
@oldguy85 - Glad I could help : ) I think I'm going to do recaps often from now on. If someone was reading Endstone as a comic, the backstory would be fresh, but on the internet…. 10 pages earlier is like 3 months ago!
@Doctor Shadow - Thank you sir.
@armandoB - Thanks again.
@Ironscarf - Thanks. I don't know why but I really like eye close ups. I had four panels like that in the last issue. This is the first one for this issue but there's already another one coming up a few pages hence. I can't control myself. : )
@I am Candyman - Thanks for stoppin' by.
@mattchee - Thanks. That negative image technique is really starting to creep into my work. I hope I don't over do it.
@SoItBegins - Yes Cole is Kyri's daughter! Check out the archive pages above to see Kid Cole if you are so inclined. And thanks for the bold tip. Coding drives me nuts, BTW.
@khard12 - Thanks. They probably look the same because I tend to draw the female face the same – LOL. When they eventually stand together there's a big height difference between the Cole and Kyri so that should help. That, and those big goofy ears Kyri has. : 0
@Lemniskate - Thanks. This world may get destroyed yet.
@TheMidge28 and @thefightingstranger - Thanks for stoppin' by gentlemen.
@Hyena H_ll - Glad I got an OMG! moment out of you. ; )
@The Gravekeeper - mind rape - wow. I never thought of it quite like that, but I guess you could totally make a case for it. Very interesting take.
@Crimsonskystudio - Thanks again for your support.
@machinehead - LOL. Absolutely.
@Phillby - "Trust your feelings, Luke. "
@Ben Ferrari - Thank you. I prefer to ink with a brush, but being able to do effects like this negative face really makes me stay with digital inking.
@theends - Thanks alot.
@Hugo Maximo - Thanks for stopping by.
@Seanb47 - Thanks! We'll see a little "more" of Cole next week so stay tuned.
@amanda - Creepy? I used my own face as a reference for that guy! LOL. Actually I just referenced the tilt of his head. I don't wear glasses and I have a goatee. Plus I'm much more handsome… at least that's what my mom and Mrs. Repoman say.
@The New Number Two - Thanks. I try my best to educate others as to the perils of serving evil. I haven't gotten through to the Jonas Brothers yet, however.
@cyberdog - Thank you sir.
@darkwaterfrey - Thanks. You're a master at pools of black as far as I'm concerned so that means alot.
@Andaren - I guess I'll take the laughs where ever I can get them! ; ) When I came up with the name "Cole" I actually made a list: "Lexus" Montaigne, "Petunia" Montaigne, "Bertha" Montaigne…. I thought "Cole" sounded cool. LIttle did I know it was also the name of someone's psycho parrot. LOL.

Thanks again and keep on keepin' on!
