Endstone

Author notes
Issue 2 Page 14
repoman onHello again, (Edit: fixed typo per Doc Shadow's eagle eye)
First off, I wanted to announce the grand opening of the Endstone website that I cobbled together at www.endstone.net. I am going to be posting half-pages twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays over there. The material will be one week ahead of Drunk Duck - where I will continue to post full pages every Monday.
So if you want a bit of spoiler check out Endstone.net at the link below. I'll be adding extras also in the coming months:

Comentary:
This page marks the return of Primrose and her brother Bennet . They are the children of Lord Quandel.
Primrose has a black eye and sprained arm because Cole threw her across the room back in issue one Page 14 .
Things seem to be running differently in the city of St. Louis, now that Primrose is in charge. Hence the animal butchers Kyri had to fight a few pages back. And wait until Primrose finds out Cole destroyed her father's mind. Primrose now commands one of the largest armies in North America. . .

Responses from last week's comments:
plymayer and SoItBegins - thanks again folks for stoppin' by.
Lemniskate - "just make another one" LOL - that might be an interesting plot twist.
AzuJOD - thanks. I like cigars myself so I thought it would be a good bit for Pablo.
Doctor Shadow - Thanks that means alot coming from you.
Ironscarf - Bill Haley - LOL I can see that. And thanks for the layout compliment. I had Wally Wood's "22 panels that work" in front of me the whole time as I drew that page.
I am Candyman and Crimsonskystudio - thanks!
The Gravekeeper LOL - so true – and you are the resident expert on skeletons!
DragonDeadite - thanks. I was woried the previous page had too much dialogue but I had to roll with it.
The New Number Two - "Middle aged rebellion" - LOL. And thanks for the shading compliment. It was a challenge to use the fire as a light source. I learned some stuff.
amanda - So true. Jon has his personality flaws. In fact, I'm trying to weave flaws in all my characters to hopefully make them more believable in an unbelievable world.
Phillby - great… as long as you weren't slobbering. That's unbecoming.
DAJB - I think some of the other characters would agree with you.
armandoB - So true… almost as bad a kidney stones.
istaerlus - Thanks I really appreciate it. I worry sometimes if the humor will fall flat or be our of place so your comments keep me keepin' on. : )
khard12 - Thanks! I struggle with the writing aspect so I appreciate the support.
cyberdog - Thanks and yes, Pablo is the skeleton is my avatar.
grobles63 -Interesting – I never really thought about how there are no villains in the story. That's true. . . Also, I've always liked stories where the antagonist was ambiguous, and had compelling reasons for doing what they do - like Blade Runner or the Godfather. At least that's what I strive for. . .
Jabali - Thanks I appreciate your continued readership.
Zephyrion - Welcome and thanks for checking out the archive.
machinehead - It is a pain, but being undead still is a great way to pick up chicks. Or so I've heard.
Randomdudeperson - Absolutely and thanks for stoppin' by. : )
Streetknight - Thanks I appreciate your support.
oldguy85 - Actually, Jon is now very sane… but as you've observed, he's naturally a little power hungry and this gets him into trouble.
thefightingstranger - thanks.
Andaren - LOL. And wouldn't it be ironic if Pablo died of lung cancer previously.
SCAScot - Thanks. Please drop on by again.
darkwaterfrey - Thanks again.
theBSDude , df karnovski and Hugo Maximo - thanks for stoppin' by folks!
mattchee - Thank you sir.
theends - so true, prima-donnas all!
