Ziggy Wortman had had better days. Any day that wasn't this one sprang to mind. Never before had he known the utter agony that was the feeling of a sentient being forcing itself into every available crevice of his body, taking over his very mind and pushing his soul to the background. But that, oddly, was not what was worrying him, as worrying as that situation should be.

No, what worried Ziggy was this being's promises that the real pain was yet to come.
