When I wrote this page, I had this image in my head for Aussie in panel two that I can only describe as 'Crucifixion by strings'. But, it seemed blasphemous when I compared it to the rest of the chapter, so I left it out.
I can't believe it. I turn nineteen next Wednesday! Where have the years gone by? What happened to the three-year-old who sat in front of the TV watching Thomas the Tank Engine? What about the five-year-old who was the only one in kindergarten who could read a book? Or the nine-year-old who collected the Beast Wars figures? The fifteen-year-old scout who managed to seduce some hot cheerleader types at jamboree?
I sometimes look at old photos and ponder what life would have been like if I had made different choices, done different things, had richer parents. But then I realise, why bother wondering when you still have so much ahead of you.
Oh well, birthday fan art or guest comics would be greatly appreciated.
