Here's page 34 of Fusion #4. Regarding comments last page about their perception of the outside world (i.e., that X-Pletive would seem to be moving in slow motion), Speedsters in Fusion's world perceive time the same as regular folks. They do have fast reflexes, but "outside" time doesn't seem to be slower to them; regular conversation passes at the same speed (none of that super-speed-speak of some other comics–because super-speed-speak would mean that their brains would have to operate at super speed as well to both formulate the words and interpret the words it hears, meaning Speedsters would have brains operating like some super computers–at least that's my take on it). Basically, Speedsters are just regular folks who can move really fast and have no altered perception of time–as well as some major insecurities that make them blind to everything else (as evidenced by Brooder's strategy).
