Here's page 4 of Fusion #9. For those who don't remember the incidents being referred to, the space shuttle incident took place during the last 2 pages of Issue #4, and the Mass Master incident took place on pages 11-13 of Issue #7. The incident X-Pletive describes took place last issue.
