For the next 4 weeks, I'll be featuring the art of my buddy, Elysium Bliss. As many of you may recall, Bliss has graciously allowed her characters She-Cat and Blue Banshee to make appearances in Fusion. For this first update, here's Bliss's character design for Blue Banshee.
