I know I mentioned that I would make it through the end of the current chapter before I stop updating on this site but I was wrong. I'm going to be without internet for the next month and it just seems like a good time to stop updating here in general. Other than the user unfriendly controls, I'm tired of not being able to tell if anyone is actually reading the story.
 
The Duck gives no comment and reply alerts (nor does it allow you to track page views) and while I try to remember to check the recent page manually for new comments I don't always remember. Honestly the lack of comment alerts is extremely anxiety inducing.
