I’ve been waiting for this update for a long time (this page and the
events leading up to it are why I’ve been excited for this chapter) as
it marks Fae’s first active steps towards personal growth. So far Fae’s
just gone along for the ride and while there’s plenty of reasons for her
passivity, she’s starting to break away from blindly following the path
others have laid out for her. Sure, it’s going to be baby steps and
missteps for the time being but her actions on this page are paving the
way for Fae to play an active part in her own story.
