I spent a lot of time looking forward to the start of Chapter 10 that I
don't think I talked much about Chapter 11. This is another chapter I've
been excited about for some time now. A new character is about to make a
big splash. In fact, the waves she's about to make are so huge that she
even gets a cover page before being properly introduced. -insert more
water puns here-

In all seriousness though, there's a reason the last two chapters were
called The Calm and Before the Storm. Not necessarily because of the new
character but because of everything that happens in this chapter.

I posted 2 out of 3 parts of a tutorial up in the extras section (which I'm unable to add a permanent link to in the top navigation area). I used
what I think is the least spoiler-y panel from Ch 11 (that I've
finished so far). Unfortunately, there is a bit of a minor spoiler in
part three and so I won’t be posting that part until January.
