Why did Norn went off from the room? No sense to waste your nerves already on a second person, when you have 61 ones more. This one might be asked again after some time, just to wait once he calms down.
Should draw how these 'handcuffs' keep the body, actually they have it on arms, legs and torso and doesn't give a person to wake up even to sit.
It's common way to wake up the person after strong anesthesia, sometimes it needs even harder methods. At least what i saw in real life, i hope you have more philantropic doctors :D
