Things I had trouble drawing and Ed didn't:
1. The cowboy hat. I just had no clue how it curves, and mines had flat rims because that's just an easy circle. But Ed had it down pat. I dunno how mine came out right in the last panel… I prolly copied Ed's. Incidentally, he took care of 90% of Hanes' cowboy accent dialogue.
2. Flash's costume. It didn't look too bad in panel 3, but usually the sizes of the plates are all over the place, and everything looks tacked on, rather than being a part of the person. Ed had no probs with it; his looks solid. And look at his ostrich neck. I couldn't draw a good neck while having to worry about that weird turtleneck part of his costume.

Read SCORCH, a zany comic featuring a manic tyke out to reap 100 souls on All Hallow's Eve. The story is light and fast, and the author is extremely skilled in both comic storytelling and raw lineart. You won't be disappointed.
