Bittertea's Guest Art Preliminary Sketch #1

Between-chapters Intermission

This is a preliminary sketch by Bittertea of her guest art for FIGHT. The subject is a group of characters who will appear in FIGHT and FIGHT_2. I initially suggested a pic of everyone walking. She latched onto the idea of Reservoir Dogs and couldn't decide whether she wanted to go retro poster style or default style. In any case, here's a sketch.

She calls her speed drawing style "enveloping figures." Instead of using bubbles, it involves using deconstructed lines and shapes.

Some character sizes are off. The woman at the far left is too tall, and the girl in the foreground is too little. Also the foreground girl may not be walking in the same plane/perspective. This sketch is abandoned for an alternative theme which Bittertea liked better, but which made me want to punch one of the characters. Sketch #2 will be posted tomorrow (Saturday).
