Finally a page that doesn't look so muddy!

I can finally focus on other comments like Manfred's speech balloons… They are a little special because they follow the character's source material. Notice how they are not all caps line The usual way I letter speech balloons.

As an aside note. I prefer hand lettering over using fonts. I just feel better about the late when I do that. It's like it gives the comic more soul. It takes about 4 times longer but I'm more satisfied with the page in the end.
