FIGHT and FIGHT2 are both fan comics. But there is no original comic that this is based on.
Panel 3: When a balloon has a reverse tail, it means the speaker is off-screen.
Bottom 2 panels: The text not inside normal balloons are thoughts from the person off-screen.
To grammar sticklers: No, it is not "passingly." It is "passing." You'll see why.
