@Alej: Yeah Ed's outdone himself. I told him to use red, but then he goes and uses shades of red to make a cool 1st panel.

@Kyu: My inspirations for this chapter's fighting come from Masamune Shirow, Shadow of the Colossus, and ahem, JustNoPoint. During my few years' break from drawing, I'd forgotten about dynamic layout composition. If I didn't read Devon Legacy Prologue, I would've just done a lot of "safe" paneling, and think only about what's inside the panels, rather than how the entire page is arranged. I have 19 comics favorited, but I only follow every update for 4-5 of those. There's a reason DLP is amongst those, alongside others such as Scorch and Culture Shock. Being DD-friends with JNP is not the only reason; that's actually not big enough of a reason for me to read anyone's comic's every update (cuz I like big chunks…).

@Royce: I know that for ppl who like Chase (and maybe Nuada), this chapter has been a long hard grind, seeing them in such predicaments page after page, and having to listen to Hanno and Amok's ceaseless obnoxious commentary.
Even though this means we've done our jobs well, dragging this out any longer could make readers lose heart!
Therefore I'll tell you this: The next page will give you your answer, and in 3 pages this chapter will end. (I've decided to make the next 1/2 of this chapter into a separate chapter.)
