Sadly this scenario is based on a real problem in North Korea -_-; RedCross and UN donations are given to Jong's army (Jong says he'll feed his people 8D haha..) and left overs are usually sold on the black market. Scraps left over for any people who NEED it. Worst part is most of the people don't even know charities like this exist so they can't demand for it either. Oh I can't wait till the fuck dies *u* I have faith in his son who seems more open minded and not dictatortarded. Maybe the new NK will be like Japan - modern but holding tradition. That would be fuckin awesome.
