I'm not sure if this only in the Southwest area(that's where I live, Oklahoma to be exact). But in all the local car dealer commercials the guy talking has a thick Southwest accent. Most people in the Southwest don't talk like Cowboys(I would know I've lived here for my whole life). Enjoy!
