What the Heck is He Doing?!

I don't think the art in this one is nearly as good as the first, but meh. It trades art for humor, as I like this gag much better than the first.

Enjoy. Slacked off for, like, three days before I started sketching the night panel.

EDIT: It may be a bit difficult to tell, but the Super Mutant in the night panel is holding a sledgehammer to the citizen's head as the citizen is looking scared.

Also, anyone who can point out the inconsistency in the first panel wins a digital cookie.
