Thought I'd try it the other way around this time. For the color, I used plain old color pencils. The lineart was done in Illustrator. I kind of like this style better, but I'm afraid I won't have time to do this every day.

I chose to leave out the frame where the phone rings. I thing watching a picture of a phone with the sound RIIIING spelled out isn't really worth a click.

Alright! Drama's coming!

So with this strip you should be able to put together that our little girl's name is Aude, that the person answering the phone is known to her as "Mom", and that she likes coffee… and wears SLIPPERS!!*shock* Where is our world going.

Incidentally our little Aude is now a grown woman and is currently laying in bed with a man. This whole scene, therefore, must be a figment of your imagination.
