Sorry about the long wait If you ever see a phone number in a show or movie or another fictional work I'd advise you NOT to call it, you'll never know what you'll get. Also anyone stated or implied to be vault dweller have pip-boys and anyone who used V.A.T.S. have pip-boys, I just don't always draw it.
one more thing now I will color in characters and things the have special meaning
