Not so helpful 'Helpful' advice..

So yeah, little disclaimer about this one. It is not meant to be taking the piss out of depression or those who suffer from it. It is more of a sarcastic look at how unrealistic advice such as 'Have you tried being happy?' or 'Try not being depressed' don't help at all.
I'm a sarky mofo but sometimes the joke I am making can be a little cryptic.
