And now, four pages after it SHOULD have happened, we get an establishing shot of Ichabod's quarters. I like the idea that a guy whose career revolves around finding flaws in things lives in a pig sty. I DON'T like the fact that I have such personal experience with what utterly disgusting rooms look like…

Originally, Avatar was just going to dive straight into her random flashback like in the previous three pages, but that seemed a touch too formulaic. Once I had the idea of Ichabod accidentally suggesting it himself, though, it was clear that it had to be a page of itself and that the story would have to wait until Friday. Don't worry, I won't drag this out much longer.

By the way, I've been asked what the heck's up with all the pie references. Truth is, I have no idea. I don't even LIKE pie all that much (except for pumpkin pie, YUM). I guess I've just been watching too much Weebl & Bob.
