Sorry guys, things are a little nuts. I'm going to save comments for later, I just want to get this posted cause I really like this page. I'll update again on Sunday instead of Saturday.
Just got back from an art opening and I sold my installation… feeling a little overwhelmed with art right now.

OzoneOcean: I think 20 years is harsh too. Maybe Hawke is just being mean. Good call on the nose 'bridge' which I lost.

Lothar: Not a time machine- more like a ship that subsequently travels through time.

ejb: The crew does retain the universal language, though they most likely will have a hard time when it comes to slang and 'current' or 'living' language. Think of their acclimation as an implanted dictionary. Sometimes usage gets lost on them. So Lywren will be just fine- and completely at home once she gets in a library.

Not Logged In: Didn't I tell you people to laeve names? I think I'm supposed to know you… The Captain is ~never~ vulnerable! Well… maybe. A little.

Hamorhage: Like beer? You drink beer like a mad sketcher? or are you sayign I'm drawing them quickly? Cause I'm not. I'm still on back-up mode. And she's in 2000, so they've got the net. It's just that Lywren doesn't know what it is.

Other Not Logged in Person: You know much about the history of the net… but I know so little about you.

Kalliikak: And if the Captain were as smart as you this story would never have to be written! She doesn't think about these things. She just knows Lywren came from a library and that San Fransisco is the only place in the US she has connections in.

Mina lunga: Molar? Oh! Oh dear… *shaking of head* That does look odd. Lywren IS gawky! It's her stylization! She's still nothing compared to Abbey, though.
