Filler ala Thumbnail Sketch Page

So I realized that the longer I take drawing a page, the more the thumbnail page gets doodled and beat up with harassing drawings and mental notes, explanations to people, and daily appointments.
This is the thumbnail page for pages 04-16 & 04-17. The dialogue page is on a separate piece of paper since it is written out at the beginning of every scene, so sometimes I mock my dialogue so I know how much room to leave for word bubbles.
Anyway… I had this page on my desk at work and a student asked me if this was my comic. Oh yea. I see how highly my students think of me. Anyway, I decided if she thought it could be a stand-alone comic, then I could put it online and amuse people who might actually get all the inside jokes littered on the page.

Darth Mongoose: Aw, can't put anything past you. >_< Well, you'll see.

Ranmetalmonk: Wow. I'm always deeply impressed by people who go back and read the whole comic again. I mean… I think I've only done it twice. I can't expect other people do it… uh… ever. Prop to you, man! And of course I planned it all out ahead of time! Things change, yea, but the basis is the same.
