I am back from Maryland. Got 3.5 pages finished. Now to scan them in. Next update will be Wednesady.
This page is a bit artsy. I do that every now and then. If you can finish the thoughts I'll give you a cookie.
There is a hint in the end of the first chapter, and another a few pages back.

Alejkhan: Heeey, thanks. Reading your comment actually mand ME go back and read the whole thing again. I hadn't realized how disjointed the whole thing felt. A bit disenheartening, but there's no going back now.

Kaj: I know! I knew when I drew it that that stupid dresser was too low. Bu I didn't want it any higher to throw off balance, so I just left the stupid thing. I can always count on you to notice these flaws.

Jenshin: I never responded to a few pages back. I'm looking to go to Maryland for the PHD program in linguistics, but I'm going to postpone that, get a job, and take classes for web design certification at a metro college instead, I think.
