This doesn't seem to have gone as smoothly as the others, but perhaps Hawke knew it wouldn't?

Jenshin: I think Hawke knows they can't refuse her, and thereby she cannot ~be~ refused. She doesn't do well with people denying her, afterall.

EJB: Well, well, look who the holidays brought in! Busy life, no doubt, keeping you at sea. Yes, the phantom chapter that never existed was sad- so many pretty pages drawn and sacked. But I feel better about the story than I would have had I continued. Glad to have you around again. ^_^ p.s. Nice catch on the situations in which Hawke is nabbing victims.
