Here it is, the penultimate page of Fried Ice Cream is a Reality. I used to think that president Kill's facial reaction in panel five was the bee's knnes. These days I am quite sure that I was an idiot.

However, I'm still pretty fond of the line "You're Under Arrest For All Kinds of Shit."
