I got the idea for this while I was walking around OU. The place has a few drawbacks, one of which is that the sidewalks and roads are insanely uneven. I've tripped on empty sidewalks more times than I can count, and I nearly got bucked off my bike when it was still warm enough to ride it.

Bonus points to whoever can figure out where the title came from. Ebon is not allowed to give it away until after everyone else has tried, because he will get this in a second.
