This took me exactly 2 hours to get right. I rewrote it over and over and over. I'm satisfied with it for now.

FACT: Succubi in old legends and myths could swap gender to seduce
someone of the opposite sex. Usually the Succubi would get with a man,
then become one and get it on with a female as an incubi.

Also it doesn't hurt to have some Yuri here and there.
