Akawani (which means "Red Crocodile" when translated) transforms
into the 5th generation Ground/Dark Crocodile Pokemon, Krookodile!
The "Wabi" he says over and over is nonsensical, and doesn't actually mean anything.
Yes,
a Pokemon is sorta the main character, but I will be downplaying this
fact by making Akawani appear to be a beast, sometimes uncontrollable.
People will look at him more as a monster then a specific Pokemon.
And
the deal with the Chips triggering memories is my interpretation of how
some anime, books, and manga take the EASY way out when dealing with a
shape shifting character.
And nobody is dead, FYI, so we'll see
how the situation plays out now that Akawani has regained his sanity
while in his Krookodile form.
