Well, despite the dentist, and having to help Mom on more decorations I got the hood itself done. I took a regular snap this time instead of a work area snap like I've been doing so you can see the uv work I did. Uv requires for you to flatten the model's image for easy texture mapping. Once I "cut" the mesh along some lines I rearranged them so I can paint the texture, you can tgell where all the detail work will go by how large the object is. Ohn another note, I also rearranged the views so they will fit on the duck, no need to have a super wide "comic"

Tomorrow (today for you)I'll paint the uv map's bmp, which I generated with a free program called uvmapper, not UvMapper 3d but its free sister program. It comes quite in handy for regrouping and coloring the groups. Well, I'm off to bed, night everyone.

By the way, Do you think I should make a tutorial comic? Vote below to let me know if you think I'm good enough to teach others. My techniques can be used on other, free, programs, like Blender or Wings3d

If you're reading this on Thursday then I didnt have any time to work on my model wednsday due to me getting my settlement check. I had to do a bunch of running around, and I doubt if I will be able to work on it today, more running around
