The only truly important thing on this page is Elrek's reaction…everything else is just fluff.

It's amazing though, being in my position. I love watching the page grow. There's something truly remarkaqble about the moment when the artwork truly comes alive. In my case, it's the highlighting that does it. After the colors and shadows are put on, the page still looks kinda flat, but in the simple act of adding in the lighting the page literally comes to life. Most especially I noticed it in the first two panels of this one. I didn't really like this page very much until that happened…what a difference minor details can make…
