Poor Chaerius.

Originally, I'd had him saying something more in the first panel, but in the end I decided it just worked better like this…

There's something coming up in a bit here that was supposed to get introduced to you all beforehand in the second chapter of Ry's backstory. Sadly, that's not going to happen, so you'll have to read it after the fact. the chapter's written, but I haven't found an illustrator yet :( (Or to me more precise, I haven't gotten up the nerve to ask the person that I'd like to do it…damnit…it's been done for about four months now…)
