This page originally had a lot more exposition…and but a lot, I mean a LOT! It detailed what the spell was, how it worked, how it called dragons, why it was forbidden…blah, blah, blah…
…but when I sat down later to draw it, I realized that most of it was superfluous nonsense, and that you guys were smart enough to infer the rest if I gave you enough info. So here's the bare bones…and in some ways I think is more informative.

Yay! He's been named in the comic! I can start calling Raithlin by name now! :D
