She was really hoping that - given he helped her - he was back to normal.

For his part, a combination of speed and a lot of obstacles meant he had a much rougher landing.

This was originally meant to be much worse for both of them, but I realized that then I'd spend even LONGER on the fall, so reality took a back seat to advance things.
