Trying to figure out some plans…

…so, this page was actually rewritten at the last minute. The good news is, I feel pretty confident it's better than the original. The bad news is, I can't be sure of that because I was so tired when I rewrote it yesterday that I was barely coherent. :D Please let me know if anything's off and we'll soon be through this somewhat dull chapter.
