Most American readers (you have your own rugby over there only you have to wear enormous suits of armour and stop every two minutes for some reason) can skip this bit.

If it's not Steve Walsh it's Paul Honiss. And why do the IRB seem so happy with the sixteen or so countries that play test-level rugby? Why won't they promote it overseas, like in Spain or wherever, so we can have a real World Cup with real teams against the Six and Tri-Nations guys?

They should just make me the chairman of the IRB right now.

This is all Rugby Union, not League. League doesn't have scrums and rucks and mauls. I don't see the point in rugby without scrums and rucks and mauls. Even gridiron has bits where players bang their heads together.
