FYEO Special #1: Starring Neo-April!

…I only hope I don't lose half my fanbase for posting this. Still, I haven't seen anyone like this comment about my work, so I hope I'm safe.

Anyway, the girl with the glasses is eating pocky and her shirt says "I wish I was a Catboy".

Anyway, the idea is that the girl with glasses is an absolute anime freak, someone who obsesses with Japanese culture so much that she's forgotten about her own. You know, one of those fan-girls who mixes Japanese in with their speech to try and sound cute, and stuff and ALWAYS use Japanese-sounding names to name any character they ever produce…urgh… I was once almost this bad, but I've definitely gotten out of it.

The point I'm trying to make here, other than make a funny joke, is to show that my characters are typical Americans, the kind not obsessed with Anime (Like I am…). It's Manga-styled because that's the rut I've ended up falling into, but I'm trying to stress that this is an American story.

Anyway, here's a small glimpse at the current new April design.
