Shojo-style!

Yeah, I admit it looks considerably better than my previous attempt, but that's because this is the Shojo-style I'm more familiar with. It's based a bit on Mia Ikumi's style, and I'll admit her style influenced mine a bit. In fact, most of the first request art I did was for her stuff.

Anyway, the "Mahou Shojo" comic seems to be the winner so far. I'll admit I have a fairly large grasp on the concept of Magical girl anime. I used to basically live in a bookstore and literally ran out of good action/shonen manga, so I flipped over to the Shojo section. I still watch/read it sometimes…

So here she is, 10-year-old…whatshername. She needs a name…

Any ideas?
