Issue 8: "Hope"

Still experimenting with the art style with this issue. Whereas last time, I was e-painting in postwork, trying to get the vibe of an 80's "prestige" comic, this time I'm doing a lot more with colored pencil and higher contrast. Looking for feedback on which y'all like better.

Was rereading some of the old stuff. It's rewarding to me (I'm my own biggest critic) to see most aspects of the comic improving. I'm kind of embarrassed by some of the early issues. There is some awkward story telling which I may go back and "fix" when no one is looking later.
