Yeah, so, Alani has a thing for Kashan and Lee has a thing for Alani and I was going to do a lot more with that, but I feel a constant pressure to keep the plot moving. This is already five issues into what I had conceived of as a three issue story arc. Yeah, like, this was *supposed* to be the Halloween issue, eh? But I keep trying to tell more story than I can fit into my monthly page count.

So, as this issue concludes, Merrik, Kashan, and Lee are heading for the storage locker to hopefully locate an artifact which will allow the survivors to control the "zombies." Meanwhile, the officers—Errik Abdula and Lisa Xing—are bound for the bridge; and Chief Engineer Tim Thomas is leading a group comprised of Dunk and Max to try to manually control the weapon systems.

I sincerely hope to have a new issue up by the end of next month, but I am moving literally half-way around the world and I don't know what kind of Net access I'll have on the other side.
