For those of you just joining us… I recommend *not* going back and rereading all of the back issues. Some of the stuff I did, like, a year ago, is kind of painful to look at now. I'm learning how to do this on the fly. Seriously, the first page I posted of Found Art was the first real comic page I'd done since I was a kid.

But if you are just joining us, you may not know who these people are. The redhead with the glasses is Dr. Alani Armaphel. She was the one survivor of a team of archeologists who had been exploring some alien ruins back in issue 6. She is chatting with Lord Xing, the ruler of this planet. Xing is the father of Lisa, an officer on a ship which narrowly escaped an infiltration by space zombies (whose appearance aboard the ship is, as yet, unexplained). That was issues 7-12. The ship in the background is a Kron Planet Killer (which originally showed up issue 12); Genejoke accurately pointed out that it looks a lot like EVA from the X-men, though I haven't checked out the X-men in like 20 years and didn't recognize the resemblance until it was pointed out to me.
